We are pleased to announce that the shovel has gone into the ground for our latest project at 218 Carlton St. Working in partnership with the Ministry of Housing and the City of Toronto, this development will provide nine affordable housing units for indigenous men. The building renovation is to be completed in August 2024. A major thanks to MOD Developments and the City of Toronto, who have progressively funded this project.
