Indigenous Outreach & Support Services

These services are delivered to people living on the streets and in seasonal shelters, providing them with support and assistance as they transition from the streets to homes or hostels to homes. To ensure clients remain successfully housed, Indigenous-specific case-management services are provided for each person enrolled. Our goal is to manage issues that arise once housed including the need for a primary healthcare provider, ID clinics, neighborhood meal sites, food banks, landlord/tenant issues, and walk-in clinics.
