Registered Nurse (RN) (Indigenous Health)

Shift: PART TIME 9:00am – 5:00pm, (2-3 days per week)

JOB FUNCTION:

The RN position is intended to support the team at Auduzhe Mino Nesewinong in creating a welcoming and culturally safe space for Indigenous clients, and to develop and provide supports. The RN will provide wholistic and comprehensive care for adults and children attending the Auduzhe Mino Nesewinong Indigenous Interdisciplinary Primary Care Team site. This position may require attending outreach clinics or home visits to deliver care to Indigenous clients.

As a Client Care Worker, you will work in partnership with members of the client care team to provide support and ensure the delivery of the client’s personal care plan which will address their physical, mental, emotional and spiritual needs.

Housing Worker 2025

Mobile Outreach Worker x2- Evenings

Shift: 5pm to 11pm

Closing: May 16, 2025, at 12pm.

Location: Toronto

JOB FUNCTION:

The Mobile Outreach Worker will provide support to homeless individuals living outdoors on the street, in encampments, parks and ravines. The MOW will address a client’s basic needs to live away from outdoor homelessness and toward a more self-sufficient lifestyle, while ultimately working towards finding safe suitable housing.

Administrative Assistant - Summer Student Position

Shift: 9am-5pm - 35 hours per week

Location: Native Men's Residence - Vaughan Road

JOB FUNCTION:

The Shelter Administrative Assistant will be responsible for various administrative tasks (e.g preparing reports, administering satisfaction surveys etc.). In addition, the Shelter Administrative Assistant will provide support to the care team and assist with client care delivery as needed.
