Come and enjoy Na-Me-Res (Native Men’s Residence) 4th Annual Community Festival/Traditional Pow Wow on Saturday, June 21, 2008 (National Aboriginal Day) at Wells Hill Park (1 block east from Bathurst and St.Clair W.; across from Loblaws and St.Clair West Subway Station).
RAIN OR SHINE - This year our special event is “In Honour of Our Homeless Brothers & Sisters”. Everyone is welcome to join us for a day filled with traditional dancing, drumming, native craft vendors, children's kid area (courtesy of Red Pepper Spectacle
Arts), native foods, raffles, and a free dinner feast and giveaway. Grand Entry at 12:00 pm, hope to see you all.
