Position: Relief - Street Outreach Worker
Na-Me-Res (Native Men’s
Residence), located in Toronto, is a diverse, multi-service organization. It offers a 56-bed men’s shelter, Tumivut, a 40-bed
youth centre, and delivers a distinct package of outreach services to people
who are homeless.
MAIN FUNCTION:
We are seeking an
enthusiastic person to participate in the delivery of our Outreach Services
Program which includes: addressing the basic needs of people who are homeless,
confidential case management service to assist clients to affect a life away
from homelessness and follow-up support for people who have made the transition
to shelter.
SHIFTS: Relief, On-call, Day &
Evening Shifts
